 Glennis Dawson Pleysier, our Executive Administrator, holds a California Real Estate License and has a background in real estate administration and property management over the past 13 years. With a detailed knowledge of marketing, transaction management, advertisement coordination and a fun loving personality she is highly esteemed throughout our industry. Glennis had previously worked for Prudential California Realty and has been a valued member of our team for the past year and half. As the executive administrator, she is in charge of managing the listing and buyer's agents for The Cole Group and oversees each transaction. She also optimizes web functions and coordinates advertising. As part of The Cole Group, Glennis wants to ensure that the interest of our clients are our first priority and she enjoys maintaining an open channel of communication and anticipating needs. Glennis, a California native, loves spending time with her husband of 12 years, beautiful daughter and she is an accomplished dancer.

 Yvonne McElfresh, has recently joined The Cole Group as one of our two full time buyer´s agents. With over 23 years in the industry as an agent and a property manager, she has a wealth of knowledge of single family homes, investment properties and Homeowner Associations. Yvonne enjoys finding just the right home for her clients and is insightful and organized.A southern California native and resident of San Diego for the past 6 years, her dedication to her community is seen in her involvement in the community which includes working with her church, Birth Choice and Teen Challenge. She enjoys gardening, entertaining, cooking and spending time with her family.

 McKenzie Thomas is head of The Cole Group´s Bank Owned Property/REO Division. McKenzie has a comprehensive background in property management and expanded knowledge of the intricacies of homeowner associations and vendor coordination. Her management skills and commitment to detail as well as sharing in The Cole Group´s philosophy of conducting our work with integrity makes her a strong asset to the team. McKenzie had previously worked for Silverado Community Management as a community association manager and holds a California Real Estate License. As our REO Manager she is in charge of overseeing the bank owned property division as well as the www.CoastalHomeDeals.com website, the sister website to www.CoastalHomeInfo.com. A California native she loves spending time with her husband of 10 years and playing with their two beautiful sons. She enjoys creating memories through scrapbooking, attending live music events, and the fun and camaraderie of Jazzercise.
